Emmanouil (Manos) Takas is the Head of the Psychology Department at a private University in Athens, Greece where he also teaches Social Psychology, Political Psychology, Media Psychology, and Methodology of Research, both at Bachelor’s and Master’s level. He studied Political sciences in Johann Wolfgang Goethe Universitaet in Frankfurt, Germany, where he completed his first Masters in comparative Political Science and International Relations. He completed his second Masters in Open University of Cyprus, in the Department of Communication and new Journalism and he completed his PhD in Panteion University in social Psychology. His research interests evolve around political communication and social psychology. He is the executive Director of Advanced Media Institute and the coordinator of the research pillar of the Institute, while he has participated in numerous international and national conferences and has published papers in international and national scientific journals. He has also written the e-monoghraph ‘Who is to blame, Biases in Attributing Responsibility’ that was published by Advanced Media Institute.
